Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the spa's daily operations, including staff management, client bookings, and service delivery.Lead, train, and inspire a team of spa professionals to deliver exceptional services and exceed guest quality control of all spa services and treatments to ensure compliance with brand standards.Coordinate inventory management and supply procurement while keeping track of expenses.Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to enhance customer and promote seasonal spa packages and special promotions to attract guests and grow the spa’s clientele.Stay informed about the latest trends in spa treatments and wellness practices.
Requirements
Previous experience in spa management or a similar leadership position within a hospitality setting, preferably in a seasonal environment.Strong understanding of spa services, health and wellness trends, and operational management.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and guest to drive sales initiatives and create memorable guest experiences.Organizational skills and attentive to detail in managing for the wellness industry and a commitment to providing outstanding service.Relevant qualifications or certifications in spa management, beauty therapy, or related disciplines.Willingness to work during peak winter season, including weekends and holidays.
