Based in Adelaide, you’ll be the key driver of new business and account management across a wide range of sectors including construction, civil, mining, transport, manufacturing, government, and defence. This is a strategic opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of a region, backed by a dedicated national recruitment delivery team. About the Role: This role is client-facing and commercially focused, with strong support from an experienced internal team. Our model separates sales, recruitment, and admin functions—allowing you to focus fully on relationship-building, client strategy, and business development. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular on-site meetings Identify and secure new business across CELOTTI’s core industry sectors Build your local network through strategic lead generation, events, and referrals Collaborate with internal recruitment specialists to ensure quality service delivery Represent CELOTTI Workforce across Adelaide and regional SA (some travel required) What We're Looking For: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within recruitment or related industries Strong commercial acumen and a passion for relationship management Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team Familiarity with South Australian industrial, civil or construction markets is a plus Current Driver’s License required Recruitment industry experience will be highly regarded but is not essential for the right candidate with transferable skills.
