We are looking for friendly, reliable Kitchenhands who enjoy working in fast-paced, supportive environments in South Eastern Melbourne area. This is your chance to explore different workplaces and build a roster that suits your lifestyle.
The Position
* Assist with basic food preparation, and general kitchen duties
* Ensure stock and supplies are handled and stored safely
* Support chefs with dishwashing, storage, and waste disposal
* Operate tills or support café service where required
* Keep the kitchen and service areas clean, tidy and safe
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards consistently
The Person
* At least 1 year experience in a Kitchenhand role
* Friendly communicator with a team-first attitude
* Experience working in schools is highly desirable
* Monday - Friday availability
* Influenza Vaccination (Aged Care & Hospitals) desirable
* Reliable, energetic and well-presented
* Comfortable working across Education, Corporate, Venues and similar sites
* Able to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
