**The Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced APS5 Case Management Support Officer to join a Federal Government Agency based in Geelong or Richmond. This role will be a 12-month assignment and will be working Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
The position will support the AAT (Administrative Appeals Tribunal) Case Management Branch. The APS5 Case Management Support will have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide advice on a range of matters.
**As a Case Management Support Officer, you will be required to;**
- Produce and file Tribunal documents as required for AAT Applications within strict time frames.
- Manage the requests for medical and functional assessments.
- Assess and respond to risk from processes, including in terms of privacy considerations and priority.
- Research and draft responses for complaints, Ministerial and other documents.
**To be considered for this role you will demonstrate;**
- Previous experience within a similar field with strong systems administration skills
- Solid attention to detail and time management skills.
- Sound computer literacy skills including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
- Strong data collection, analysis and cleansing ability.
- Experience with Power Query and Microsoft Applications such as Power BI, Power Automate & Access is highly desirable.
