We're looking for a motivated and organised Operations Assistant to join our energetic, supportive and collaborative team. The Role
As our Operations Assistant, you'll enjoy a varied and engaging workload. You'll play a key role in improving systems and processes while supporting the broader team with essential administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
* Coordinating and managing a new system build and improvement projects
* Building strong relationships with service providers, brokers and clients
* Issuing payment notices
* Maintaining and coordinating the team diary system
* Supporting underwriters and management
* Updating and maintaining our client management system
* Handling incoming calls and general office administration
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Typing speed of at least 45wpm
* Experience in project management or business operations
* This role is ideal for someone with administrative experience who loves improving systems, thrives in a fast‐paced environment, has advanced Microsoft Office skills and has a keen interest in AI and process automation.
