We're excited to welcome a Clinical Nurse (CN) to our Intensive Care Unit.

The CN leads and delivers person centred nursing care at an advanced level based on the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Registered Nurse Standards for Practice.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Practice autonomously and provide leadership in clinical decision making to give and/or coordinate care to particular recipients of healthcare services.
* Work collaboratively with peers and others to create a positive practice environment that achieves best practice outcomes for recipients of healthcare services.
* Maintain the safety of recipients of healthcare services by identifying risk and undertaking safe work activities within the clinical practice environment.
* Provide support, guidance, mentoring, preceptorship, role modelling and promote cooperation and collaborative teamwork.
Remuneration value up to $65 448 p.a., comprising salary rates $57.48 - $61.55 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1) (part time, 35.7 hrs p.f.).
