Their Project Manager's manage the full project lifecycle from estimating to commercial to delivery/close out. Responsibilities As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include; Lead and guide the project team to complete assigned projects in accordance with the contractual documentation, company standards and procedures, including supervising and scheduling project activities. Control project programming, cost control, quality control, procurement, contracts administration, supervision, general site administration and the activities of sub-contractors Coaching, mentoring, and training of relevant staff Develop and review construction planning and monitor progress of allocated projects to ensure they are on schedule and within quality and cost estimates Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with clients, consultants and contractors and suppliers and effectively manage their performance on projects. Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of project's financial performance. Review and evaluate project programs to ensure the project is being delivered on time and to budget. Management of subcontractors, suppliers and direct/indirect labour Background To be considered for this role you will have: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Strong experience in earthworks, drainage/utilities, pavements and structural concrete. Strong proven qualities of leadership, integrity, loyalty and performance management Highly effective skills in negotiating, evaluating, and administering contracts/specifications to Australian standards. Ability to deliver projects and manage stakeholders autonomously.
