Your next career opportunity

In this role, you will coordinate high-impact student programs across the Bachelor of Design and MSD. You will blend academic administration, student enrichment and communications to support an outstanding learning and engagement experience.

You will work closely with academics, professional staff and student leaders to deliver innovative, student-centred initiatives.

What you will deliver:
* Administer faculty-level academic misconduct, credit and exchange processes, ensuring compliance with policy, timelines and procedural fairness.
* Coordinate pre-semester orientation and student enrichment programs, managing planning, logistics, registrations, promotion and student enquiries.
* Deliver student-facing communications, including newsletters, web content and social media, to connect students with opportunities and support.
* Maintain accurate administrative systems and program databases, and contribute to continuous process improvement across the Academic Support Office.
* Collaborate with student clubs, Student Success and industry partners to deliver career activities, information sessions and pathway advice.
You may be a great fit if you:
* Hold a tertiary qualification and experience in student administration, academic programmes or a higher education setting.
* Apply university policies and regulations accurately, providing clear procedural advice to students and academic staff.
* Manage sensitive and complex student matters with discretion, sound judgement and strict confidentiality.
* Prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment while delivering consistent, high-quality administrative outcomes.
* Build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders and influence adherence to faculty and University processes.
* Create clear, engaging written communications, and use web or email tools to reach large student audiences.
