About The Role
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our sales team through hands‐on involvement in prospecting, lead generation, and client engagement. You'll be at the forefront of building relationships, creating opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospecting for new business opportunities through calls, door knocking, and database engagement
* Generating and nurturing leads to support the sales pipeline
* Assisting agents with buyer and seller follow‐up
* Engaging with clients and delivering a high level of customer service
* Maintaining and updating the CRM database
* Assisting with open homes and property inspections
About You
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident, proactive, and results‐driven
* A genuine interest in real estate and property
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
