Support Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide support to individuals in their homes and the community.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will assist individuals to live as independently as possible and achieve their goals. The role requires availability for shorter shifts, sleepover shifts including weekend shifts based in Burleigh.

Requirements
* Experience in both one-on-one and group support settings;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills;
* Flexibility to work varying shifts;
* A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
