What you'll do
* Apply modelling, simulation, and data analytics to support decision-making for complex Defence projects
* Use tools like MATLAB, Simulink, Python, and C++ to design, integrate, and verify analytical solutions
* Frame stakeholder challenges as analytical problems and deliver insights within required timeframes
* Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, contributing to thought leadership and project management as opportunities arise
Who we're looking for
* 3–7 years' experience in modelling and simulation of aerospace or radar systems.
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, or data science (Master's or certifications highly regarded)
* Experience with software engineering practices and tools (Git workflow advantageous)
* Curious, proactive, and ready to step into broader responsibilities including mentoring junior team members
Special Requirements
* Based in Adelaide, South Australia or willing to relocate
* Active NV1 level AGSVA Defence Clearance, or willingness to obtain
* Willingness to obtain a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
