A rewarding role as a Support Care Worker, providing care and companionship for older people in their own homes to help empower their independence and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide housekeeping, grocery shopping or meal preparation support at home
* Assist with personal care tasks such as hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, and mealtime assistance
* Transport clients to appointments and shopping trips
* Accompany clients on outings and assist with Healthy Living for Seniors activities
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent an advantage
* Similar experience providing client-centred care
* Current First Aid certificate
* Driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
