About The Job
As an Inclusive Employment Australia Recruitment Partner, you will be responsible for building close relationships with local employers, building an understanding of their workforce needs and supporting them to hire more people with a disability, injury or health condition. You will connect local employers with our services, identify suitable vacancies and referral pathways and support businesses in successfully employing people with a disability. Your responsibilities will include:
* Support employers in the Ipswich and Logan regions in collaboration with local teams
* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local labour market and emerging industries, with the goal of achieving ongoing employment opportunities
* Proactively identify and develop new employer relationships, taking time to understand our employers’ staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
* Help employers adapt their process or roles to accommodate candidates with specific needs and maximising productivity and other benefits towards achieving their organisational goals
* Engage job ready candidates and match with employers through referrals, job carving and reverse marketing to achieve sustainable outcomes
* Work closely with the Employment Consultants and Ongoing Support Consultants to build opportunities in industries relevant to the caseloads needs and provide post placement support to participants and their employers
* Achieve or exceed all KPIs and apply an outcome focused, high performance approach to the role
About You
* Relevant qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services or other relevant areas is desirable
* Previous experience in employment services including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, placement of candidates into employment and provision of post-placement support will be highly regarded
* Demonstrated experience in business development, account management or sales will be highly regarded
* Strong networking and relationship building skills
* Working knowledge of local employers and their recruitment demands
* Demonstrated ability to communicate through various methods with a wide variety of stakeholders
* Performance focused mindset and proven experience achieving business targets and KPI’s
* Must hold a Driver’s license as travel throughout the region will be required
