Document Controller – Water Projects
Fulton Hogan Utilities is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support our Water Projects within the South East Queensland region. This role offers industry‐relevant experience, on‐the‐job skill development, and pathways for further growth.

In this role you'll be responsible for:
* Setting up and implementing the Project Electronic Document Record Management System (EDRMS)
* Receiving and recording technical documents including drawings and specifications
* Liaising internally and with client, subcontractor document controllers and designers/drafters
* Transmitting project drawings and documents
* Maintaining an Electronic Document Record Management System (EDRMS) that supports efficient information management
* Planning, supervising and recording document flow to and from all necessary parties
* Maintaining a central project control system covering project team, client, vendor and third‐party documentation.
How you'll connect to the role:
* Experience in a similar role, preferably in an engineering or construction environment
* Knowledge of contractual requirements of document flows, document control protocols and electronic document management systems
* Proficient in the use of Teambinder (InEight)
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills across both verbal and written mediums
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Office and excellent computer skills
