Job Description:
An Audit Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality audits that help protect and strengthen the company's future.
* Lead end-to-end audits to ensure compliance with professional standards.
* Analyse risks and controls to provide actionable recommendations that strengthen governance and operational resilience.
* Collaborate with business leaders to maintain effective relationships and influence positive outcomes.
* Mentor team members to foster capability growth and continuous improvement.
* Contribute to the annual audit plan.
This role requires a degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field, along with at least 5 years' experience in internal or external audit within financial services. Strong knowledge of auditing principles, risk management, and IIA standards is essential.
