Relief Park Manager Job Description
We are currently recruiting for experienced relief park managers to join our team at a beautiful holiday park in Miami, Gold Coast QLD.
The ideal candidate will have a commercial mindset, be flexible, and love working with guests and onsite staff. You will be accountable for all business operations and guest experience, being hands-on and possessing a positive can-do attitude.
You will also be responsible for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, leading and supervising small teams, and achieving agreed KPIs. A strong Australian-based support office and local management teams will provide you with the necessary support to succeed in this role.

Requirements:
* An energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approach
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Familiarity with RMS 9+ computerised booking system and good computer skills
* Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes
* Well-developed communication, organisation, administration, and management skills
* Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders professionally
