What You'll Do
* Greet and host visitors with professionalism and warmth
* Manage a busy front desk and phone line
* Assist with orders, enquiries, product support and returns
* Provide admin support to internal teams and the sales function
* Maintain a tidy, well-presented reception and office environment
* Support additional admin tasks as required
About You
* 1+ years in customer service, reception or admin (building industry experience is a bonus)
* Polished communication and a friendly, confident phone manner
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
* Strong Microsoft Office skills and a proactive, team-first approach
* Organised, reliable and committed to delivering great service
