Job Title
The Organisational Change Manager will develop and deliver program-related change, engagement and business readiness plans for Digital Services initiatives; lead the development and delivery of change plans focused on delivering outcomes and benefits at the project level. This role will identify stakeholders and impacts to develop appropriately scaled change solutions for the implementation of new solutions and redesigned business processes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coach senior leaders and executives in fulfilling their role as change sponsors.
* Identify potential points of resistance to change and develop strategies to reduce resistance and address doubts and uncertainty surrounding the change.
* Maintain collaborative working relationships with clients and stakeholders to assess the readiness of the organisation.
* Create specific change management plans including training plans to lead employees through structured change management activities.
Desirable Capabilities:
* A degree or relevant qualification in organisational change management.
* Understanding and ability to apply change management methodology on large scale complex projects.
