Who We Are
Rinaldo's Casa Cucina is a family owned Italian Restaurant in our 20th year of serving locals and visitors alike. We have an attractive 100+ seat riverside venue, open 5 dinner sessions per week. Our menu showcases local seasonal produce, main dishes, fresh pasta, Napoli style pizza and house-made gelato.
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced full time senior chef looking for a stable position, working Tuesday to Saturday.
Qualifications and Experience
* Trade qualification with minimum 5 years experience
* Experience in high volume, fast-paced working environment
* An unwavering commitment to quality and consistency
* Supervision and training of Apprentices and junior kitchen staff
* Creative and a keen eye for detail
* Have a high standard for food and cleanliness
* Be precise, accurate, consistent in preparation and be able to follow instructions
* A positive attitude and good sense of humour
