Job Description
As a Head of Customer Experience and Growth, you will be working strategically with our current and prospective clients to drive mutual value creation and enduring partnerships across the Legal, Life Insurance, CTP and Workers Compensation/ Self Insurance sectors.
We are looking for an exceptional person to take on this senior leadership role, collaborate with industry leaders & key customer stakeholders, and work with a team of Account Managers to ensure ongoing growth and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute growth plans and strategies with new and existing customers across nominated sectors, ensuring growth targets are achieved
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across nominated sectors
* Negotiate new customer contracts, contract renewals and/or extensions to ensure business needs and financial targets are met
* Engage, lead and support your team of Account Managers
* Position UHG as a trusted advisor with key industry stakeholders
* Represent UHG at industry forums, customer meetings and events
* Identify opportunities for new products and services to meet market needs
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Degree qualifications desirable
* 3+ years' senior leadership experience within a similar role or industry
* Strong knowledge of personal injury insurance schemes with specific knowledge of the legal sector and how plaintiff and defendant law firms service these schemes
* Exceptional leadership and customer relationships skills
* Proven skills in negotiation and influencing
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal to all stakeholders
* Strong commercial acumen
* Ability to coach and provide feedback in a constructive manner
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
