We are seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at a stunning wedding and event venue located in the Gold Coast hinterland. About the Role
As Bar Supervisor, you will be the lead on event days, ensuring smooth bar operations from set‑up through to pack‑down. You'll manage bar staff, oversee service standards, and be trusted with end‑of‑day procedures.
This role is primarily weekend‑based, aligned with weddings and private events, with some flexibility required.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage bar staff during events
* Oversee bar set‑up, service flow, and pack‑down
* Opening and closing duties
* Cash handling and POS reconciliation
* End‑of‑day (EOD) bar reporting
* Ensure RSA compliance and responsible service at all times
* Maintain a positive, professional, and fun team environment

* Prior bar experience (supervisory or senior bar staff experience highly regarded)
* Flexible, reliable, and calm under pressure
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Trustworthy and confident with cash handling and reporting
