Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to play a critical role in defining and documenting business needs into functional requirements. This position involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to develop future-state process designs that drive efficiency and innovation.
You will be key in shaping functional specifications, ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose, and helping teams deliver with clarity, confidence, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead business analysis planning and stakeholder engagement activities
* Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements
* Map and optimise current state and future state business processes (As-Is / To-Be)
* Manage and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
* Develop functional specifications, including interface and configuration requirements
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners to ensure business needs are met
* Support communication, documentation, and resolution of business issues
* Contribute to team success through planning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in business analysis within complex ICT environments
* Strong capability in requirements gathering, stakeholder facilitation, and process documentation
* Skilled in producing high-quality business and functional specifications
* Confident working across multiple stakeholders including project teams, business units, and vendors
* Experienced in both private and/or public sector environments
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to collaborative project delivery
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
