**Safety and Injury Management Administration Officer**
- 0.6 FTE (3 days per week) - 45.60 hours per fortnight
- Osborne Park location, parking available on-site

**The opportunity**
The **Safety &** **Injury Management Administration Officer** works as an integral member of the HSW Team to effectively facilitate the safety and injury management data across Silverchain Group. The role will be responsible for the administration of elements within the Safety and Injury Management Systems on a day-to-day basis.
**Key responsibilities**
The major accountabilities of this position are:
- General HSW administration.
- Administration of various HSW electronic platforms.
- HSW forum administration.
- Administration of the national Duress platform.
- Provide administrative and systems support to Injury Management staff in relation to the injury management data system, including access rights.
- Design, create and implement reports.
- Problem solving and solutioning of data issues.
- Maintain awareness of and compliance with operational procedures including data classification.
- Conduct quality assurance activities including data cleansing in relation to the injury management data management system.
- Work collaboratively with National Injury Management Team Leader to improve and streamline processes.
- Complete data management activities to populate reports monthly and other reporting as required.
- Process HSW invoices including but not limited to workers compensation policy renewal and early intervention invoices.
- Provide general administrative support to the HSW team as required.
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Demonstrated experience in safety and injury data systems management.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and work collaboratively with key stakeholders.
- Experience and knowledge with invoicing verification
- Ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders.
- The ability to work autonomously with a team focus in order to participate in and contribute to team and organisational objectives.
- Current motor vehicle drivers licence.
