We're seeking a skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team.
Job Description:
This role plays a crucial part in supporting our national grocery and foodservice teams. You'll be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining promotional calendars, and ensuring accurate accruals.
You'll work closely with our national teams to review demand forecasts, manage inventory levels, and address supply chain issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promotions: Align sales trackers, maintain promotional calendars, submit promotions, review slotting boards.
* Trade Spend: Review scan data, update accrual reports, ensure correct period accruals.
* Forecast/Inventory: Attend demand reviews, liaise on volume changes, assist with supply issues.
* Product Maintenance: Collaborate on customer submissions, maintain product databases, handle new line submissions.
* Customer Support: Main contact for Category Assistants, assist with documentation and certification.
* Pricing: Maintain pricing, monitor blocked orders, review price variances, assist with price increases, prepare internal forms.
* Business Relationships: Build strong relationships, collaborate on process improvements.
