Job Overview – Sales & Marketing Manager The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the organisation’s sales and marketing functions to drive business growth, increase market presence, and strengthen client relationships. In this role, the manager develops and implements strategic sales and marketing plans, oversees promotional campaigns, and ensures alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
They analyse market trends, identify new business opportunities, and guide the sales and marketing team to achieve performance targets. The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to support brand development and deliver sustainable revenue growth for Raine & Horne Pty. Limited.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
* Establish, monitor and evaluate sales targets and KPIs to maximise profitability and market share.
* Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote property listings and real estate services.
* Manage branding and promotional activities to enhance corporate image and customer engagement.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
* Oversee digital and traditional marketing channels including social media, property portals and print advertising.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, investors and referral partners.
* Lead, mentor and supervise the sales and marketing team to drive performance and professional development.
* Manage the sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts and closing transactions.
* Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports for senior management review.
* Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, company policies and ethical standards in all activities.
* Coordinate with operations and property management teams to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery
Skills and Requirements:
* Strong strategic planning and analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and drive revenue growth.
* Proven leadership and team management capabilities to motivate and achieve sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder relationship management skills.
* Sound knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems and property marketing channels.
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field and/or substantial industry experience in sales and marketing management
