**About the role**
The role supports the work of the Property team, and wider organisation, to provide systems support, in house site security administration, fleet coordination, document management and compliance, intermediate financial administration, and back up administrative duties for the organisation. The role is also responsible for the management of the Property and Fleet inboxes.
The Property team is responsible for the maintenance and administration of assets and leases. The team is also responsible for the planning and review of capital and minor works projects, facilities management and building compliance
**Key Responsibilities**
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Compliance administration
- In House security management - manage all onboarding, offboarding and transition tasks
- Financial administration
- Assist with Property Projects administration
- Asset Management administration
- Manage Property and Fleet Inboxes
- Participate in meetings, debriefing, supervision, training and forums
- Administration support
**Skills and Experience**
- Exceptional administration skills with outstanding attention to detail
- Sound financial understanding, with demonstrable skills in financial analytics, intermediate financial management and data reporting
- Effective communication skills including the ability to manage requests regarding sensitive and confidential information.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a challenging environment
