As a Career Advocate, you will be a vital part of someone’s employment journey. Working closely with clients in the Workforce Australia program, you will:
* Build strong, supportive relationships to understand individual goals, challenges and barriers
* Celebrate progress and achievements, big and small
* Identify and address barriers to sustainable employment
* Connect clients with training, support services, and job opportunities
* Empower people to take control of their future and thrive in the workforce

Previous experience in employment services, case management, community services, or training is highly regarded — but not essential if you have the right attitude and transferable skills.

2. Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
3. Have (or be able to pass) a Working with Children Check
4. Have (or be willing to set up) a MyGovID
