What You Bring
* 10+ years of hands-on development experience in capital markets
* Expertise in electronic and algorithmic trading strategies
* Strong server-side coding skills in C# (Java also considered, if you're ready to embrace C#)
* Deep knowledge of Asian market microstructure (or other markets)
* Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
