Contribute to developing innovative solutions for our client's most pressing challenges and actively contribute to further building our highly successful advisory practice.What will your typical day look like?As a manager in our Finance Transformation team, you will lead a team of Deloitte’s brightest minds to analyse clients’ needs and requirements for transforming their Finance function. This will involve developing their future Finance Strategy and roadmap on how to achieve the strategy, redesigning their current Finance processes, leveraging emerging and existing technologies, and providing Finance Transformational support to large ERP or EPM programs. You will design the future Finance Operating Models, including providing a perspective on the Finance capabilities and Business Partnering. You will provide delivery excellence through effective project management and financial management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Leverage your superb interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and remarkable business sense to support the wider team in project delivery and business development.About the teamIndustries are being disrupted at lightning speed, and we’re responsible for helping CFOs stay ahead of the curve, become effective strategic advisors, and agents of change in their organisations. We primarily seek to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of organisations at all stages of the Finance transformation journey, from designing the change required to delivering and managing that change and providing assurance around change initiatives.You will be an integral part of a leading Finance Transformation practice in Australia, be an active leader in further building our vibrant, inclusive and high-performing culture, and generate real insights to deliver value to our clients.You are someone with :7+ years’ experience working in professional services or consulting. A combination of relevant industry experience will be considered.The skills and experience to critically appraise, generate, analyse, collate, and distil disparate data and evidence (both quantitative, including financial and numerical, and qualitative) into concise and compelling messages that influence change.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams (including international teams).Experience managing complex projects or material project work streams to deliver high-standard outputs.Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.Additional experience and qualifications in the following areas are highly desirable :Experience leading and / or supporting technology transformation initiatives.Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), EPM systems (e.g. SAC, Anaplan Adaptive Planning), and emerging technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, data analytics).Hands-on Finance Experience in areas such as Strategy, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Controlling, Business Partnering, Finance Operations.At Deloitte, we focus our energy on interesting and impactful work.
