Role Description
We're now looking for a UX Designer who's passionate about designing digital experiences that feel effortless — transforming enterprise workflows into intuitive, human‑first design systems. As a UX Designer at OAHI, you'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and domain specialists to define the look, feel, and flow of our AI‑enabled workforce management applications.
You'll translate measurable insights into models, prototypes, and production‑ready designs that guide how our users experience Oahi products every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop and maintain design systems across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate designs into high‑quality implementations.
- Conduct usability testing and interpret data to drive continuous design improvements.
- Contribute to a consistent visual language that reflects Oahi's brand and values.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience designing SaaS or enterprise applications.
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience in multi‑language design.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.
- Experience with AI interactions as well as mobile‑first and accessibility design.
- Bonus: experience in payroll or workforce management software design.
- Right to Work in Australia is required.
Qualifications
- Experience in UX, Interaction Design, Human Centric Design, or similar.
- Portfolio demonstrating UX process and final design outcomes.
- Experience conducting user research, surveys, and usability testing.
- Understanding of front‑end technologies (React, HTML, CSS) to support feasibility discussions.
