What You'll Be Doing
As the Clinical Services Team Leader, you will provide operational and clinical leadership for statewide specialist transcultural mental health services, supporting public mental health providers and CALD communities.
* Manage a complex multilingual, multidisciplinary statewide clinical service
* Lead culturally responsive clinical consultation and secondary referrals
* Maintain a specialist clinical consultation caseload (phone and face-to-face)
* Drive clinical governance, quality, safety and data reporting requirements
* Build capability through clinical supervision, training and workforce development

Essential Requirements
* Qualification: Senior Psychologist - Four year degree in psychology, being a three year degree with a fourth year honours; Relevant qualifications as an Occupational Therapist or Social Worker.
* Registration in line with Award requirements: Full registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist, Clinical Psychologist or a member of the AASW as a Social Worker.
Selection Criteria
* Tertiary qualifications in any of the following: occupational therapy, social work and, psychology.
* Demonstrated experience in the leadership of a complex clinical team, including staff and contractors.
* Proven ability to initiate and plan change to drive quality outcomes in multidisciplinary environments.
* Clinical experience working in mental health settings and working with clinicians and managers within large complex diverse environments.
* Demonstrated experience, knowledge, understanding and commitment to patient safety, cultural safety and quality management.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering professional development and clinical supervision programs.
* Highly developed interpersonal, communication, negotiation and liaison skills, including the ability to handle issues in a sensitive pro-active manner.
* Demonstrated human resource management skills and notable experience in building rapport and establishing trust.
