THE ROLE:
As Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for:
• Employee Satisfaction & Retention: Building a culture of respect, growth and accountability.
• Customer Acquisition & Retention: Driving service excellence and client partnerships.
• Financial Performance: Managing budgets, costs and profitability with precision.
• Operational Leadership: Overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple service lines.
• Strategic Execution: Aligning operations with GWA's mission, values and community impact.

REMUNERATION:
1. There is not set budget for this role, candidates will be required to present a value proposition on the added value and performance to GWA leveraging a package catered to their personal goals
