About the Role
This role is pivotal in helping understand the impact of programs through high-quality evaluation.
You will be responsible for designing and managing evaluation strategies, collecting and analysing data, and translating findings into meaningful insights that drive program improvement and innovation.
This role is a flexible full-time or part-time position for 0.6 to 1.0 FTE, requiring autonomy and collaboration in providing training and support to internal stakeholders and contributing to special projects at the discretion of the CEO.
Using both qualitative and quantitative methods, you will uncover the 'data story' and present it in ways that inform strategic and operational decisions.

Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
* Strong research skills with experience in qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods
* Proven ability to communicate complex data clearly and creatively
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
