A well-established custom home builder in Perth is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team.
With a consistent pipeline of bespoke projects typically ranging from $1M-$3M, this builder is known for craftsmanship, collaboration, and delivering thoughtfully designed homes of the highest quality.
This role is primarily estimating focused, with involvement across scheduling .
The Role
* End-to-end estimating from early design through to final contract documentation
* Preparing Bills of Quantities, tender packages, and detailed trade comparisons
* Liaising with consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
* Reviewing, negotiating, and managing trade and supplier pricing
* Supporting construction scheduling, procurement, and pre-construction planning
* Assisting with value management and cost optimisation without compromising design intent
About You
* Proven experience estimating WA custom homes (essential)
* Strong understanding of single and double-storey residential construction
* Sound knowledge of local construction methods, finishes, and Perth market rates
* Proficient with estimating software (Truth Engine highly regarded)
* Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills
* Detail-oriented with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach
