**Customer Service Representative - City of Parramatta Council** 
- Temporary Government contract 
- Immediate start, initial 3 month contract with view for extension 
- $30.95ph + super 
- Full time, Monday to Friday 
- Parramatta location
We are looking for standout Customer Service Officers/Call Centre Operators who are customer-focused, organised and highly driven to join the team on a temporary basis (with potential for ongoing work).
Experience in a similar role within a call centre environment would be highly advantageous.
**The Role**:
- Answer incoming customer enquiries and requests for information, directing calls to the appropriate departments as required 
- Maintain customer satisfaction 
- Handle customer data and information with confidentiality 
- Maintain accurate records and databases in their in-house systems
**Skills/Experience**:
- Outstanding communication skills 
- Excellent phone manner and professionalism 
- Competent computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly 
- Able to multi-task (Speaking on the phone and data entry) 
- Previous experience in a call-centre workplace 
- Must be double vaccinated
