Job Profile:
The Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth, maximizing performance metrics, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and optimizing store operations.
This entails leading the sales team to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, recognizing and developing top performers, fostering lasting relationships with customers, managing appointments, and addressing feedback with the Store Manager.
A strong selling acumen and product knowledge are crucial in delivering superior customer service. The Assistant Manager will train the team on service and selling standards, encouraging them to utilize all available tools and resources.
The role also involves supporting the Store Manager in data analysis, operational efficiency, stock management, cost control, staff recruitment and retention, colleague engagement, Health and Safety, and compliance.
