This role is designed for an ambitious finance professional who thrives on building meaningful relationships, solving complex lending challenges, and delivering measurable results.

What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a licensed mortgage broker in Australia (minimum 2+ years)
* MFAA or FBAA accreditation
* A strong communicator with high EQ—able to guide clients with confidence, empathy, and clarity
* Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving loan volume or revenue targets
* Excellent understanding of investment construction lending structures, with some exposure to self-employed scenarios.
* The ability to self-manage your workload and handle a high volume of qualified leads. You also trust your support team to process and track your deals.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* A desire to make this place your home - we’d love you to stay with us for the long term!
* Active property investors will be highly regarded, but it’s not essential.
