Leading a team of 8, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational performance, stakeholder engagement, process improvement initiatives and team development across multiple high-volume ledgers. Lead and support a team of 8, including coaching, feedback & performance reviews Oversee & get involved with end-to-end AR processing across multiple portfolios Support debt collection and improve cash flow outcomes Manage escalations Identify and contribute to process, workflow, system & automation improvements Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and externals bodies & agencies Step into the National AR Manager role as required Your Profile What we're looking for: Proven leadership experience within Accounts Receivable, Revenue Cycle, Finance or similar operational environments A strong, hands-on leader who leads by example and enjoys working closely alongside their team An empowering and inclusive leadership style that builds trust, accountability and safety Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and develop team members while driving high performance outcomes Experience leading teams through process improvement, transformation and change initiatives Confidence driving automation and continuous improvement initiatives, including embracing new technologies and AI Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business, including senior leadership Calm, practical and solutions-focused approach within a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships across the business Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capability For more information, please contact Alex Bray at our Robert Half, South East Office on 9239 8118.
