This a major project with two key areas across Civil and Structures (Bridges).
Task and ResponsibilitiesPerform technical, engineering, inspection, scheduling, planning, survey, procurement and quality control functions for all activities at siteImplement the inspection and test requirements of the Project Execution PlanInterpret engineering documents and drawings for field personnelParticipate in bid evaluation of field subcontractsProvide general technical assistance to supervisory staffMaintain the project document control and filing systemsMaintain systems for and perform field progress evaluation and compare actual with planned progressComplete punch lists and complete P&ID checks for distribution to functional areasQualificationsRelevant Tertiary qualifications in EngineeringPost graduate experience in a construction/engineering environment - civil or rail experience highly soughtCompetent in planning and organising work schedulesWorking knowledge of HS&E requirementsClear communication – verbal and written
