Service Operations Specialist
The role of a Service Operations Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of services within our Wet Fire and Sprinkler department. Key responsibilities include:
* Reviewing service reports to identify areas for improvement and preparing quotes for approval.
* Coordinating with clients to understand their service needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
* Maintaining accurate records of service requests, appointments, and technician schedules.
* Communicating effectively with clients, technicians, and team members to guarantee smooth service delivery.
* Scheduling service appointments and dispatching technicians to client sites.
* Allocating work and purchase orders accurately to our subcontractors.
* Processing work and purchase orders efficiently.
* Reconciling and correlating field reports and invoices.
We are seeking an individual who can build strong relationships with clients and our technicians. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have administrative and technical aptitude.
Prior experience in Wet Fire, Sprinklers, or general Fire Services is highly regarded, but training is available for the right candidate.
