About the RoleThe Data Services Manager is responsible for leading the Data Services Team, ensuring effective management of data integration, ETL processes, data conversions, customer reporting, and third-party API integrations.
The role will oversee cross-functional collaboration between teams, enhance data-related service offerings, and drive operational efficiency across all regions.
This role will focus on managing and improving chargeable project work, optimising team performance, and ensuring the quality and reliability of data services.
The role will also be accountable for aligning data operations with broader business goals, supporting new business initiatives, and ensuring compliance with best practices in data management.
What You Will Be DoingLead and manage the Data Services Team across multiple regions, define and execute the Data Services strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectivesOversee ETL processes, data conversions, and API integrations to drive data consistency and efficiency and ensure data security, quality control, and governance of all data-related projects and initiativesDefine, document, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all four core functions, ensure SOPs are aligned with industry best practices and internal compliance requirementsWork collaboratively with stakeholders to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance service quality, train and educate team members on SOPs to maintain consistency, scalability, and knowledge retention.
