Maintenance Scheduler
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Scheduler to oversee long-term maintenance schedules for key assets within our CSG portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning maintenance plans with safety standards, resource availability, and operational demands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain the EQD USO or Cooper Basin long-range maintenance schedule, looking 1 to 5 years ahead.
* Build and manage the Maintenance Master Plan, including campaign maintenance coordination.
* Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, materials, and production teams to optimise scheduling.
* Maintain SAP Master Data, manage work orders, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
* Support CAPEX and OPEX budget planning related to maintenance activities.
* Integrate maintenance schedules with wider business plans, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
* Champion process improvements and support change management initiatives.
* Uphold Santos' safety and environmental standards, proactively managing risk.
Requirements:
* Relevant trade qualifications or tertiary education, with a preference for project management expertise.
* Extensive experience and proven proficiency in SAP Master Data management and long-range scheduling within complex asset environments.
* Deep understanding of maintenance management systems, particularly CMMS, to drive accurate and efficient planning.
* Strong track record in planning, scheduling, and delivering maintenance activities that align with operational goals.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across functions.
* Sharp analytical ability to interpret and apply detailed asset data, ensuring robust and optimised maintenance strategies.
* Demonstrated success in leading process improvements and managing organisational change.
