About the job
Working within our Essential Dairy and Plant Based business, the Brand Manager plays a critical role in strategizing and improving the brands existing performance, as well as taking ownership of new product launches and innovation.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- New Product Development - working with internal teams on the launch of new products or packaging, as well as external agencies
- Campaigns - collaborate on new campaigns for the plant-based and dairy categories
- Brand Planning - translating data into insights to develop future initiatives whilst bringing internal and external stakeholders on the journey with you
- Relationship building - working with internal teams to identify chance and risk as well as managing relationships with external agencies, managing all expectations throughout potential times of ambiguity
- Budget management - through planning and execution, ensure that budgets are controlled with appropriate spending
- Analysis - regularly monitor the brands and its competitors performance

About you
A strong communicator who is resilient and able to work with ambiguity, you will have demonstrable experience as a Brand Manager and be able to demonstrate your passion for Marketing. You will manage your time effectively to drive multiple brands across the EDP business whilst developing meaningful relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

Ideally you will have:

- 2 years experience working at Brand Manager level within the FMCG industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing preferred
- Previous experience working on NPD projects from concept to launch
- Demonstrable experience with content/media strategy and execution
- Experience in brand and competitors performance analysis (IRI/Kantar) as well as managing a P&L;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop internal and external relationships with ease
