Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development and implementation of people & culture initiatives to address people management issues and achieve strategic goals.
* Provide expert knowledge of human resources legislation and regulations, offering practical advice on people & culture matters.
* Identify key people & culture issues and communicate their business implications/risks; contribute to innovative policies and strategies.
* Work independently with minimal supervision, manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
Ability to travel as required by the position.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in human resource management, commerce, psychology or equivalent experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to consult with stakeholders, including management, staff, external agencies.
* Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to prepare reports and submissions.
