Job Title: Family Service Coordinator
Berry Street provides diverse programs to young people, children and families in the outer Gippsland region. Our services aim to ensure that children, young people and families are safe, thriving and hopeful.

Key Responsibilities:
The Family Service Coordinator will be responsible for delivering service solutions that meet the needs of families in the region.
This includes case management, family services intervention and interaction with government program areas and local community services.
Case managers work closely with families to provide support and guidance to achieve positive outcomes.
* Caseworker responsibilities include developing and implementing care plans, providing counseling and support services, and advocating on behalf of clients as needed.
* The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum Diploma qualification in Psychology, Social Work or a related field.
Experience in the provision of case management and case work services is highly regarded.
A strong understanding of child protection principles and legislation is essential.
