As a Vehicle Salesperson/Trainee, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and driving sales for our prestigious car brand. What you'll be doing
* Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
* Demonstrating and test-driving vehicles to prospective customers
* Identifying customer needs and requirements to match them with the appropriate vehicle
* Negotiating sales and closing deals in a professional and ethical manner
* Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and staying informed about industry trends
* Collaborating with the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
* Ensuring a tidy and organised showroom to create a positive customer experience
* Adhering to all company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
* A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
* Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
* A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with the local market and a good understanding of the Katherine region
* A valid driver's licence and the ability to conduct test drives
* Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred, but not essential
