You'll take ownership of Mechanical (HVAC) BIM modelling across live projects, working alongside contractors, developers and consulting engineers to produce:
* Detailed, construction-ready HVAC models in Revit
* Fully coordinated services drawings
* QA checks to ensure models are clean, accurate and aligned with client standards
* This isn't a back-room drafting role.
* You'll be involved in coordination conversations, resolving real-world services conflicts and helping make the "impossible" buildable.
* Which means your work won't just sit in a model, it'll go to site.
