We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Officer to join our Pharmacy Team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing high-level administrative support, preparing agendas and minutes for local and statewide meetings, maintaining diaries for senior management team members, coordinating travel bookings, and managing leave databases.
They will be able to work independently with minimal supervision, have strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

This is a permanent full-time position working up to 76 hours per fortnight. Salary: $73,811 to $79,779 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, coordinate, and record meeting agendas and minutes
* Maintain diaries for senior management team members
* Coordinate and liaise with staff regarding timesheets, sick leave, annual leave, and professional development requests
* Manage leave databases and act as a conduit between pharmacy and payroll teams
