Overview
Assist with day‐to‐day operations, delivering an outstanding club experience and supporting pool life‐guarding duties.
Responsibilities
* Clean studios, wipe equipment, mirrors and floors to maintain a sparkling environment before each class.
* Prepare equipment for members, ensuring all areas are fresh, safe and welcoming.
* Supervise the pool, spa and sauna, performing life‐guarding duties where required and maintaining safety standards.
* Provide extra support to members, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
Qualifications
* Warm, honest and genuine with a neat‐freak reputation.
* Comfortable communicating at all levels and dedicated to maintaining a sparkling environment.
* Flexible to work a non‐traditional schedule; hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage.
* Lifeguarding experience comfort with pool operations is preferred.
