The Opportunity

As our Australian business grows, so is our team and presence in the market. This is a newly created role and a unique opportunity for someone who wants to learn the bid process and build a career within business development. We are looking for a Bid Administrator to join our team - you're the super organiser who helps the team get everything ready, neat, and submitted on time. On a day to day basis you will help manage access to online tender portals, support formatting and proofreading of documents, ensure responses meet quality standards and assist the Bid Coordinator and Bid Advisor with their tasks.

Based in Adelaide or Newcastle, you will support the Australian Water business throughout the lifecycle of bid opportunities. Your responsibilities will include scheduling internal review reminders, helping organise bid content and provide general administrative support such as travel bookings, workshop setups and event logistics.

With no two bids the same, you will play an important role in keeping our bid responses organised and consistent. You will work closely with our graphic design team to ensure all documentation reflects Beca HunterH2O's brand. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn will help you succeed in this role.This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic, high-energy, and creative team that thinks outside the box and connects the dots across the business.
